How each product is billed

Three products, three billing models. Nothing is priced by a hidden line item.

What happens after you ask

A written answer, not a calendar link.

You send the brief

One form. Tell us what you are building, the timeline, and the product you are considering. Budget is optional.

We reply within one business day

WCode: current credit rates and a modelled monthly cost. Studio and done-for-you: a fixed scope and price, or a bounded range if the brief is open.

You decide with numbers

No call needed to get the number. If you want one after, we will book it. Nothing starts until you approve the written quote.

Questions people ask before buying

Why is there no price list yet?

We are consolidating WCode's per-model credit rates and Studio's project scopes into one public list. That list publishes by 20 November 2026. Until then we quote from the same billing source, in writing, so the number you receive is the number that would appear on the page.

Is the quote a range or a fixed number?

For WCode you get the current credit rate and a modelled monthly cost for your usage. For Studio and done-for-you work you get a fixed scope and price, or a clearly bounded range when the brief is still open. The assumptions are written into the quote.

Do I have to book a call?

No. The form is enough to get a number. If the brief is unclear we will ask follow-up questions by email. A call is available after you have the quote, never as a prerequisite for it.

What happens if you miss the one-business-day reply?

Reply to your acknowledgement and it is escalated the same day. The promise is one business day, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 IST, and every acknowledgement states the exact deadline.

What do you do with the details I send?

They are stored to answer this request and kept for 180 days. They are not sold or shared for marketing. Ask us to remove them at any time by replying to your acknowledgement.

Will published prices match what I am quoted?

Yes. Both come from the same billing source. When list prices publish, any quote issued before then stays valid for the period stated on the quote.
